**Job Summary**

The RN-Quality-Infection Control Supervisor is accountable for planning, organizing, developing, coordinating and evaluating the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement program (QAPI), and the Infection Control program of the facility in accordance with applicable Federal, State and system guidelines.

Oversee safety, security and occupational health issues.

**Education and/or Experience**

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Previous experience in geriatric or medical or surgical preferred.

Experience in dealing with the public and clients is required.

**Licensure/Certification/Registration**

Current license to practice nursing in the State of South Dakota.

BLS is required.

Membership in professional organization is preferred.

**Work Schedule**

Monday - Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks

8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Occasional call time (Will respond to after-hour calls from facility if unable to handle the situation. May require you to come in after hours or pick up some floor-scheduled shifts if needed)

**Pay**

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$32.50 - $48.75 per hour
