LaSante Health Center is seeking a highly organized and experienced Shift Manager/RN to join our team. The Shift Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, and coordinating the activities of medical assistants and other nursing staff. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong background in healthcare, and the ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Manage workflow, optimizin g patient flow and minimizing wait times.
Coordinate communication among staff for smooth operations.
Oversee medical supply inventory and restocking.
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
Support medical providers during patient care.
Assist in recruiting and conducting staff reviews.
Organize training sessions for staff development
Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisor
Qualifications:
Must be a certified RN in NYS
Managing experience
Primary care experience
