We Fairview Health Services are looking for a Service Line Manager to over see the Women and Children's department at on our Southdale Campus in Edina, Mn! **Responsibilities Job Description**

The Service Line Manager plans, manages, coordinates and evaluates activities of assigned area including resource management, quality, regulatory compliance, educational opportunities, and financial management. Works in partnership with Directors to implement and sustain strategic priorities of the women's health service line.

Leads the day-to-day operations of assigned area(s) to ensure support of the mission, goals, and objectives of area and Fairview

Responsible for human resources management for assigned area(s) to achieve quality service and positive employee relations.

Responsible for effective fiscal management of assigned area(s) to ensure proper utilization of financial resources.

Implement, instruct, and sustain quality and continuous improvement within service line.

Develops and maintains a balanced, encouraging work environment, demonstrating behaviors consistent with MHealth Fairview commitments

**Qualifications**

**Required**

Bachelor's Degree in health care or related field

3 or more years of leadership experience

**Preferred**

Advanced Degree in health care, business or related field

Supervisory/Management experience
