We are currently seeking **Registered Nurses** to join our top tier facility in **McMinnville, OR.** Our facility is a 60-bed acute-care, full-service facility, fully accredited by The Joint Commission and certified as an accredited Chest Pain Center by ACC Accreditation Services, the accrediting arm of the Amercian College of Cardiology. **Salary (Union Pay Scale)**
$37-$54.37 per hour (1-9 years' experience)
$55-$61.53 per hour (10-20 years' experience)
**Shift Differentials**
Night Shift Differential: $6.50 per hour
Weekend Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour

**Requirements**
- Unencumbered RN Oregon state license.
- Acute Care/Med Surg experience (preferred). Open to LTC, Hospice, or similar background.
- At least 1 year of experience as an RN.
- BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire)
**Job Duties**
- Exhibits proficiency in utilizing the Nursing Process for diverse age groups, including Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics.
- Meticulously documents in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital requirements.
- Engages in the prudent management of healthcare resources.
- Commits to maintaining clinical competency and ongoing professional growth.
- Applies theoretical knowledge and practical skills within a clinical setting.
- Capable of working various shifts and days.
- Actively contributes to patient care and satisfaction improvement projects and initiatives.
**Pay Details:** $37.00 to $62.00 per hour
