**INTAKE NURSE - Tucson, AZ - ONSITE - PERMANENT POSITION - EXCELLENT BENEFITS**
**MUST HAVE:**
Unencumbered AZ RN Licensure
**Responsibilities:**
Take and record patient pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and administer finger stick, and first aid as needed.
Entering patient information into information system, as well as investigating post donation information.
Managing, evaluating, and reporting patient reaction(s).
Communicate with collaborating supervisors and specialist's regarding patient care.
Maintaining accurate patient medical records.
Provides support and education to patients around their medical needs.

**Qualifications:**
Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
Must be flexible with shifts (rotating schedule with weekends and evenings, but **no overnights** !)
Exceptional team player mindset
Must have unencumbered AZ license (or compact)
Pay: $32/hr.
