Job Description:- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff- Work as a liaison with other clinicians, physicians, labs, radiology, etc.- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the charge nurse, as well as the CNAs- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families- Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations- Work closely with the electronic medical record (EMR) to ensure client electronic charts are maintained, updated, and remain in compliance with company standards- Maintains confidentiality of medical records, personnel records, etc., within the scope of their position- Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methodsEnjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus- Health, Dental and Vision Insurance- Retirement Plans- Incentive Bonuses- Excellent work/life balance- Paid Time-off- Tuition ReimbursementWork Schedule:3:00pm - 11:00pmWe welcome applications from qualified candidates who have passed the NCLEX licensed in NY.
