We are looking for an RN Supervisor to join our team in Rochester, NY!
**$66,500-$76,500 per year !**
**Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm**
**Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.**
**Qualifications**
Associate's degree in nursing
Unmembered License
**Responsibilities:**
Lead and supervise the nursing team, filling in for the Nurse Manager when needed
Provide daily clinical guidance and support to the nursing team and school
Provide regular and consistent staff supervision, including completing required observations and evaluations
Approve time reporting for nursing staff including time off requests
Make necessary caseload assignments to department staff, ensuring that all children are receiving the necessary nursing service
Determine daily staffing patterns to ensure safe staffing is in place in all office locations

**Pay Details:** $66,500.00 to $76,500.00 per year
