Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **RN Service Line Educator Perianesthesia** to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our Perianesthesia program by developing and delivering exceptional educational experiences for our nursing staff.

**What You'll Do** :

**Lead the Way:** Conduct needs assessments to identify current and future educational needs within the Perianesthesia specialty. Develop and implement innovative training programs that meet those needs and align with best practices and regulatory guidelines.

**Empower Nurses:** Design and deliver engaging educational modules, programs, and curriculum that enhance the knowledge and skills of our nursing team.

**Champion Quality:** Collaborate with department leaders, medical staff, and Education Services to ensure our educational offerings are aligned with the highest standards of patient care.

**Foster Growth** : Provide expert guidance and mentorship to our Nurse Residency program, ensuring a smooth transition for new nurses into the Perianesthesiaspecialty.

**Drive Innovation** : Contribute to the development and revision of clinical and educational policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring they reflect the latest advancements in Perianesthesia care.

**Be a Team Player:** Work closely with Unit Based Educators to maintain consistent educational standards across all facilities.

**Qualifications**

**What You'll Bring:**

**Clinical Expertise:** A Bachelor's degree in Nursing with at least 3 years of experience as an RN in the Perianesthesia specialty.

**Educational Passion:** Previous experience in healthcare provider education is highly valued.

**Master's Degree:** A Master's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.

**Communication Skills:** Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

**Commitment to Quality:** A dedication to continuous improvement and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
