**-Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36-** **-- $46 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.-**

**-Shift Differential Available on Evenings and Nights-**

The **Registered Nurse (RN)** provides for and assists in meeting the TCU (transitional care unit /sub acute) patients' physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines for our spacious skilled nursing community in Burnsville, MN.

Nursing schedule includes;

80h ours in a two-week pay period

Overnight/Night shifts

Every other weekend and holiday rotationPart-time schedule, can pick up additional shifts

Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plans

Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

Provides data relevant to the development of the resident care

RN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed

Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

**Required:**

Current MN RN license or by start date

BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must beobtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independentpractice

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

**Preferred:**

Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
