**Overview**

**-Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $47 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.-**

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents' physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful building in Burnsville, MN.

Nursing schedule includes;

- 64 hours in two weeks

- Day/Evening shift

- Every third weekend

**Responsibilities/Job Description**

Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan

Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

RN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed

Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

**Qualifications**

**Required:**

Current MN RN license with the MN Board of Nursing

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers(3 week grace period for BLS)

**Preferred:**

Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

Work experience in a patient support role, RN

Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers

Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
