Description
Amergis HealthcareStaffing is seeking RNs to provide psychiatric care at a behavioral health hospital in Holyoke, MA.
We have opportunities with various patient populations including on child, geriatric, adult, and forensic units. Travel and local pay packages are available!
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted MA license
1 year experience in a psychiatric setting
ACLS preferred
Shifts: 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p or 7p-7a
Job Duties:
Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
Participates in discharge planning process.
