Job Opportunity for RNs!! Pediatric In-Home 1:1 Nurse
Location: Norwood, OH Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible; Some Nights and Weekends Required)
Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a child's life? We are seeking an experienced Pediatric In-Home 1:1 Nurse to provide exceptional care for our young patient. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive home environment, ensuring the health and well-being of a pediatric patient with complex medical needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personalized, high-quality nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home.
- Manage and monitor Nasogastric (NG) tubes, ensuring proper placement and function.
- Assist with daily activities, including feeding, medication administration, and hygiene needs.
- Collaborate with other in-home healthcare providers, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in scheduled therapies, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Monitor and respond to changes in the patient's condition, providing appropriate interventions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and reports. - Communicate effectively with the patient's family and healthcare team.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Minimum of 0-3 years of Pediatric nursing experience.
- Proficiency in managing Nasogastric (NG) tubes. - Cardiac care experience is a plus.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
