**Responsibilities**
Providing a full range of age appropriate nursing care to assigned patients. Patient care areas include medical, surgical, pediatric, geriatric, emergency, same day surgery, swing bed, outpatients, respite
Incorporating knowledge of the nursing process and professional standards of nursing into patient care and day to day performance
Develops, evaluates and modifies the plan of care based on patient need and observable patient responses
Demonstrating leadership qualities that provide for effective and appropriate delegation of care, evaluation of delegated care provided to patients, and the maintenance of a safe and healing patient environment
**Qualifications**
Current licensure as Registered Nurse by the Minnesota State Board of Nursing
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC or CALS (ACLS, PALS, CALS & TNCC obtained within 12 months of hire)
**Pay Range**
$30.47 - $44.19 /hour
