Job Description
An Oncology clinic is looking to bring on a RN Manager to manage their infusion floor. The Nurse Manager will work in conjunction with, and by the direction of, the Director of Nursing Services to provide nursing support for operations to existing practice locations and newly acquired practices by consulting and advising clinicians on best-practices and managing their RN floor team.

Skills and Requirements
* 3+ years of experience working within Oncology
* 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
* 2+ years of management experience (can be a Lead or Charge Nurse is they have strong Oncology experience)
* Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in Texas *OCN Certified
*Infusion variance experience
*Experience using Navigating Cancer for patient care and issues null
