Description
We are seeking a Dedicated and Compassionate **Registered Nurse Manager** to join our team at our Behavioral Health Facility in the **Mesa, AZ area** .
**Schedule can be flexible, 9-6, 8-5, 11-7, etc.**
**Salary: 115,000-130,000/annually.**
**Requirements:**
Must have unencumbered license in the state of Arizona or compact state
Must have 1 year experience in Behavioral Health.
Must have at least 2 years experience in management.
**Responsibilities:**
- The Nursing Manager leads nursing practice and patient care operations in collaboration with and accountable to the Nursing Director, this includes: nursing practice, quality and safety, regulatory compliance, finance and other operational accountabilities.
- Leads day-to-day operations of assigned area(s) to ensure support of the mission, vision, values and goals of the organization.
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
- Ensures staff compliance in areas of job requirements, education and clinical competency

**Pay Details:** $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
