Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position (32 hours per week) in our Home Health Department for a Registered Nurse (RN).

**Home Health RN Responsibilities:**

Responsible for providing skilled-nursing care to patients with a wide range of diagnoses in their homes. In addition be able to promote health and wellness.

Monday - Friday 8:00 a. m. - 4:30 p. m. with one day off.

On call every 5-6 weeks.

**Requirements:**

Licensed as a registered nurse (RN), in Iowa and/or meets the requirements of multi-state licensure required.

ACLS/BLS certification is required as an employee.

Mandatory Reporter certification is required as an employee.

Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
