**Overview**
We are looking for an AIM Registered Nurse Educator to join our team and report directly to the AVP of Onboarding and Orientation. The **AIM Registered Nurse (RN) Educator** will deliver curriculum and programs to ensure Advanced Illness Management (AIM) RNs have the skills, knowledge, and resources to perform their job duties. In addition, the AIM RN Educator will evaluate curriculum and programs to align with the division's strategy and to continue to improve the onboarding experience.
**About You**
Registered Nurse
Unencumbered RN license in work state(s) assigned
Two (2) years in a clinical setting, with knowledge in RN workflow/documentation and electronic health record processes, preferred.
Current CPR certification
Professional certification such as Certified Nurse Educator, Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN), Certified Nurse Specialist, preferred
Strong public speaking skills
