*-Position Summary:-*
The registered nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating all care for patients admitted to the ED during his/her shift.
*-Training and Continued Education-***
Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees.
*-Minimum Education-*
* Graduation from a school of nursing and have current licensure as an RN.
* One year Med/Surg experience preferred.
*-Required Licenses-*
* Current RN license required, can be compact license.
* BLS required within 30 days of hire, or prior to completion of orientation if before 30 days of hire.
* ACLS required within 6 months.
* PALS required within 6 months.
* Advanced Stroke Course preferred.
***Must be willing to work day, night, and weekend shifts. This position is $60/hr.** ***
