We are currently seeking a **RN Team Manager** for a industry leader and top 10 nationally ranked provider of end-of-life care. This is a **full-time, permanent opportunity with excellent benefits** and a salary range based on experience. **Summary:**

The Team Manager (TM) is responsible for managing the day-by-day activities of an interdisciplinary team including supervision, resource management, scheduling and assignments. The TM ensures that all patient care is provided in accordance with established organizational procedures and government regulations. The TM aids in recruitment process, develops, supervises, and trains clinical staff. The TM also actively participates in on going process improvement.

**Responsibilities:**

Send staff emails in the morning updating them of admissions, overnight notes, triage's, etc.

Conduct Bi-Weekly meetings with teams to go over details with patients

Manage teams consisting of Social Workers, RN's, NA's, and LPN's.

Partner with admissions and intake teams to process paperwork

**Additional details:**

Salary of between $86,000 - $93,000

Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with some flexibility

Full Benefits available 1st of the month after 30 days

**Qualifications:**

A Bachelor's Degree in related field is required; Masters Degree preferred. Or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, and work experience.

A current, active, and unrestricted compact (multistate) license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.

Minimum 2 years related experience required with increasing management responsibilities. Related experience includes home health/hospice, oncology, and medical surgical.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

**Pay Details:** $86,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
