THE POSITION
We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Supervisor for the Weekends to lead our dynamic weekend team in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, a commitment to clinical excellence, and a desire to mentor and guide our nursing staff. As the backbone of our emergency care operations, you will play a crucial role in managing patient flow, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Join us in our mission to deliver lifesaving services with compassion and professionalism at the forefront. Must have licenses to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
