Full Time - Nights
Long Term Acute Care: Vent Weaning, Pulmonary Disease, Cardiopulmonary Disease, Complex Wound Care, Neuromuscular Diseases, GI Disease, Postoperative Complications, Kidney Disease (including dialysis), Post-Trauma.
For ICU 2-3 to 1 nurse, Med-Surg 4-5 to 1 nurse with support of non-licensed staff and unit clerk
Average length of stay for patients: 25 days
Number of beds: 25 beds
Wound care team
24 hour respiratory therapy team

**Job Summary**
Registered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, fulfills organization's priorities, enhancing responsibility to promote mission. The main tasks of the role involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.
**What You'll Do**
You will utilize nursing judgement and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.
You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes.
You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.

Familiarity with nursing and patient care protocols and practices.
Proven communication skills both in speech and writing.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with smart critical thinking skills.

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who has completed an established program in Nursing.
At least (2) two years in the field.
Registered Nurse License.
You must have Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of being hired.
