**We are look for an Home Health RN Case Manager to join our compassionate team!**
**$50-60/hr**
**M-F 8-5**
**Everett, WA**
**Details:**
Providing nursing care, following established nursing service objectives and standards
Ensuring that all safety and infection control practices are followed
Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies
Distributing and documenting medications according to established standards and regulations
Responding to emergency situations
**Qualifications:**
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in home health or a related healthcare field
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Compassionate, patient-centered care approach

**Pay Details:** $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
