Registered Nurses Needed For a At Home Patient Program! Here at Brightstar Care we have a program called Medically Home, we are in need of nurses for this program who are dedicated to helping someone re-acclimate into their home lives. You will be responsible for the following: * Arriving on time for the set appointment. * Must be able to use a tablet for communication. * Must be able to communicate well to the medically home team. * Must be able to identify any issues the patient may be having with or without the patient communicating it to you. * Must have reliable transportation (you will be traveling from client to client) * Must have automobile insurance * Must have active Rn license * Must have CPR This is a 7 day a week program and you can pick the days that you want to work and the hours will very for start times everyday, depending on what the client wants/needs. There will be two nurses for the position so no one will have to work 7 days.
