**Overview**

**Meridian Telemetry** is a 27 single bed unit that provides care for our more critical med/surg community. Our patient population includes cardiac, stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, post-surgical, renal impairment, and so much team-oriented unit has an average nurse/patient ratio of 1: are a great unit to develop your critical thinking and time management skills. We are a close-knit team that is here to support each other and to provide the best care for our community.
**What you can expect from this role**
Full-time; 3 x 12-hour shifts a week (self-scheduling model)
**Day shift** opportunity + shift differentials offered
Certification pay (, CVRN)
Strong shared governance structure that supports clinical practice and professional development
Team Nursing Model to support staff and improve patient safety
Responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care
Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient's needs

**Minimum qualifications for this role**
Education: Nursing Degree
Experience: One (1) + years' RN experience
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Health & Safety Institute
