**Compensation:** Immediately, Avera starts you with great wages, excellent benefits including health, dental, paid time off, and generous retirement.
**Student Loan Repayment:** This Registered Nurse (RN) position may be eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

**Job Summary**
Utilizes practice judgment and expertise to influence professional role competence and growth of learners with a desired outcome of optimizing patient care and outcomes and improving population health; facilitates nursing staff ongoing learning and role competence and growth; serves as a leader, change agent, mentor, learning facilitator, champion of inquiry, advocate for Nursing Professional Development (NPD), and partner for practice transitions.
**Education and/or Experience**
Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
**Licensure/Certification/Registration**
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
NPD Certification within 2 years preferred.
**Work Schedule**
Day Shift: Monday-Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
**Pay**
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$32.50 - $48.75 per hour
