We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Med/Surg Registered Nurse** to join our healthcare team in **McMinnville, OR** . As a Med/Surg RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients in our medical-surgical unit during the night shift. **Responsibilities:**
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify individualized care plans
Provide patient education and support to patients and their families
Respond to and manage patient emergencies
Document patient care services accurately and timely in electronic health records
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
**Qualifications:**
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Med/Surg unit preferred
BLS required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
