Clinical support whenever you need it around the clock
**Our nurses deliver exceptional care across the continuum.**
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments
Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor the conditions of the patient.
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

**Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:**
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
Current CPR certification
Minimum one year RN experience
A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Pay range: Weekly; up to $35 per productivity point based on experience
