Join Harborview Medical Center's teams of outstanding **Psychiatry Registered Nurses (RN)** Harborview Medical Center is a level one adult and pediatric trauma center as well as regional burn center for a four-state region; a teaching and research hospital for the University of Washington; and a public/safety-net hospital for our diverse community.
**Our inpatient Psychiatry units include:**
Adults 18-99 plus
Two-acute care floors
Psych Intensive care unit (Psych ICU)
Psych Emergency service (PES) **Our Psych-ICU:**
21-bed unit
2:1 staffing ratios
24/7 securityOur ICU patient population is primarily involuntary. Our nurses and staff understand de-escalation, seclusion, and restraint techniques. Our staff deal with a broad range of complex mental health and medical diagnosis. **Available shift:**
90% Evenings **Requirements:**
Graduated from a accredited school of nursing
Have/obtain a WA state nursing license to practice or MSL
one or more years in psych nursing or acute care setting
New Grad are welcome to apply
Must have NCLEX scheduled and passed prior to start
