Job Type: FT | Nights

$20,000 sign on bonus for RNs. A 1-year commitment period is required. The Bonus payout occurs over the 1-year period.

Department/Unit Summary
Join our team in a 14-bed Women's Services Unit featuring a Level 2B nursery with 6 beds and 8 bed L&D/Mother Baby Unit. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to promoting a positive birthing experience and ensuring the health and well-being of mothers and infants alike. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train in each area of this department to gain experience.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina or from a compact state. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred
- ASLS certification preferred
