**Job Summary**

The Home Visit RN, with general clinical supervision, provides nursing supervision services for the staff and clients of Help at Home. The RN adheres to and can instruct staff and clients on Help at Home's policies and procedures. RN will primarily support clients and caregivers in Grandville, MI and surrounding areas.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Evaluate and provide feedback to direct care staff (home health aide) in the home per policy.

Provide education and training to direct care staff while in the client's home, if necessary

Audit client charts as needed to ensure aides are following the Plan of Care and documenting correctly.

Assess clients as needed.

Perform ongoing client medication set-ups, as needed

Provide in-service education topics to RN manager based on deficits of care being seen during the supervisory visits or being reported from the clients.

Completes all documentation timely and accurately.

Maintains confidentiality regarding client information and all related documentation per HIPPA guidelines

**Education & Experience**

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred.

Three years of clinical nursing experience in acute or long-term care while employed as an RN.
