**Bi-weekly Hours: 16.00**
**Shift: 7a-7p/7p-7a; Rotating weekends, Rotating holidays**

**-Primary Patient Population:-**
**Acutely ill pediatric to adult patients**
**Level 3 Trauma Center**
**-Primary skills utilized/learned:-**
**Patient Assessments**
**Patient Triage**
**Trauma care**
**IV insertion, blood draws, Foley catheter insertion**
**Time management, critical thinking, delegating**
**-Personnel RN will work with-** **-:-**
**Paramedics, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Providers**
**-Number of beds on unit:-**
**16 beds (ability to expand to 21)**

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS certifications or obtained within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
BSN
Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet Association
