**$10,000.00 Recruitment Incentive for eligible positions and eligible new employees joining UW Medicine** **Harborview Medical Center** -Emergency Department (ED) has an opportunity for experienced ED Registered Nurses.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:** -include but not limited to-

Working in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate triage.

Assessments.

Stabilize critical patients.

Part of a collaborative bedside care with a large multidisciplinary team.

Committed to taking care of diverse population with different degrees of conditions

Developing critical care & critical thinking skills.

Practicing to the top of your license and evidence-based practices. **SCHEDULE:** 90%-Nights shift **REQUIREMENTS**

Have/obtain a Washington state Register Nurses license to practice or MSL.

Two or more years' experience as an ED nurse.

Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
