Job Description

The purpose of this position is to serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary care team to facilitate quality care, guided by guests' individualized care plans, Facility policies and procedures, and State and Federal guidelines. This position is Full Time or Part Time, 12 hours shifts with competitive wages, $5k Sign On Bonus, and great shift differentials for weekends ($1/hr) and NOCS ($5/hr)!

Requirements

Education and Experience

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

One (1) year experience as a nurse

Be familiar with or be willing to learn about State and Federal guidelines pertaining to long-term care

Maintain a current comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory and practice

Professional Licenses or Certifications Required by Law

Current licensure as an RN in the State of Montana

Current CPR certification; up-to-date knowledge of First Aid

Completion of 24 continuing education credits in 2-year period of licensure, as required by the State of Montana

Essential Physical and Mental Requirements

The incumbent must be at least 18 years of age, as position operates potentially hazardous equipment and handles and dispenses prescribed medication.

The incumbent must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time and/or deadline pressures.

Required vision abilities include close up and distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
