Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full time RN (Registered Nurse) to work the day shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health's (PHBH) Adult's outpatient facility. The location is Princeton, NJ.
Scheduling Requirements:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, no weekends and no holidays!
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Metabolic monitoring (weight and vitals) every 4 weeks
Medication Refills
Prior authorizations
Provide medication Injections
Wound care- as result of self-harm behaviors
Triage to inpatient unit (medical vs psych)- clinical hand off nurse to nurse
Function as go between provider and patient
New patient evaluations
Drug/ supply/ equipment logs
What We Require for this Role:
Education
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or in pursuit of required.
Related Work Experience
15 months of RN experience required
Previous behavioral health experience REQUIRED.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey required.
