We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated nurses (LPNs & RNs) in Pittsburgh's North Shore area to join our team for an exciting opportunity! This contract position offers a wonderful opportunity for nurses who are interested in working with seniors in a community-based environment, providing basic daily nursing care as needed.
General Information:
Shifts:
Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm
There is some flexibility with days and times, please inquire.
Job Duties:
LPNs
Daily medication reconciliation with Pharmacy
Daily medication preparation
Medication Administration Center/Community
Wound care Center / Community
Lab draws if they are proficient
COVID testing Center / Community as needed
Other duties within their scope of practice
RNs
Monthly PPT assessments Center / Community
Episodic Assessments Center / Community
Order review and noting
Weekly Wound Assessment Center / Community
Wound care Center / Community
Medication Administration Center/Community
Lab draws
Daily medication reconciliation with Pharmacy as needed
Daily medication preparation as needed
COVID testing Center / Community as needed
Other duties within their scope of practice
