Registered Nurse - Clinic Phone Nurse
Job Description
The RN will serve as the clinic phone nurse, primarily handling patient interactions over the phone!
Responsibilities include:
Checking patient voicemails
Calling patients with test results
Following up on doctor messages
Regular communication with doctors through the EMR message center
Schedule patient tests (no pre-certification required).
Hard Skills
2+ years of experience
Proficiency with EMR systems (Cerner)
