Join BrightStar Care and provide private-duty nursing services for a delightful 2-year-old boy with SMA in Independence, OR, near Salem. Starting September 2024, you'll have the opportunity to care for him during his preschool hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 12:00 PM, with the flexibility to work longer hours if desired. Key Responsibilities: * Provide personalized nursing care as per the client's Plan of Care and in compliance with Oregon's Nurse Practice Act. * Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes. * Maintain accurate clinical records in line with regulations. * Offer counseling and support to the client and their family. Qualifications: * RN License: Current and unrestricted RN license in Oregon. * Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience. * Eligibility: Proof of eligibility to work in the US. * Background Check: Clear background and criminal record. * Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
