**Location:** Remote with travel 25% of the time

**Salary Midpoint:** $61,984.00 per year

**Responsibilities**

Provide coordination, tracking and analysis for patient safety project and related incident.

Coordinate, track, monitor and report on patient safety projects.

Coordinate the investigation of patient care events with department leaders and report on results.

Analyze patient care information from multiple data sources and report on results.

Coordinate investigation and analysis of critical incident and near misses. Facilitate criticalincident. Track, monitor and report follow-through on recommendations.

**Requirements**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Registered Nurse preferred.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

**Additional Preferences**

Long Term Care experience

Prior Patient Safety experience

Compassionate

Strong people skills

Ability to remain composed during difficult situations

Analytical mind

Root Cause experience

Ability to lead safety calls

Ability to roll out and teach Safety education to staff

Ability to travel 25% of the time
