**What You Can Expect:**
The Nurse Manager will oversee the management of Treasure Valley Pediatric Cardiology Clinics, Pediatric Intensivists, and Pediatric Hospitalists. Direct reports include RNs, MAs, and Patient Access Specialist. The Manager will also oversee Providers as well.
Travel will be required between Boise and Meridian clinics and infrequent visits to Twin Falls.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business Hours.
**Qualifications:**
Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
Experience: 5 year's clinical experience in assigned area
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Knowledge of Pediatric Cardiology
Previous leadership experience
Familiar with inpatient physician operations
Understanding of quality metrics, performance improvement, and staffing models
