**Description**
This position has overall responsibility for Trauma Program operational functions including planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of educational, clinical, and outreach activities. This includes day-to-day responsibility for process and performance improvement activities in collaboration and conjunction with the Trauma Medical Director. This position reports to the Executive Director of Critical Care Services.

**Required Qualifications:**
Bachelor's Degree.
upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
3 years Nursing experience in the care of trauma patients (ICU, ED, and/or Trauma Program).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Master's Degree.
