We are currently seeking to hire multiple motivated and compassionate individuals to join our PDC/HCY nursing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:
Complete admission assessments and reassessments for pediatric caregiver population.
Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population: Taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs.
May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services
Provide instruction/ education on medication
Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MO
Home Care experience preferred but not required
Strong organizational and self-management skills
Strong and compassionate customer service skills
Valid driver's license
