The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for LPN graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX- PN. Job Details Catholic Health Home Care and Good Shepherd Hospice Offers LPN Residents: 6 month training program exposing new graduate LPNs to home care and hospice through a mix of educational curriculum and opportunities, supervised visits, and ongoing mentor/peer support One on one training with WOCN specialist Electronic charting using Epic On call clinical education support Requirements: Graduation from a qualified nursing program Scheduled or passed NCLEX- PN. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
