**Lake Regional Healthcare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver the best possible nursing care in LRH's patient-focused setting.**

**Summary:**

Under the general clinical supervision of the Registered Nurse, functions as a member of the healthcare team to provide skilled care for convalescent, chronic, sub-acute, or more acutely ill patients. Demonstrates the ability to perform a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy. This includes pediatric, geriatric, and the general patient population.

**EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE:**

Completion of the LPN program. One year of medical/surgical hospital experience preferred.

**CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:**

Current Iowa LPN license. Basic Life Support, Adult/Child Abuse Mandatory Reporting, or ability to obtain in accordance with the education policy.
