**Compensation**
- Annual salary ranges from $43,000 to $56,000.
**Job Summary**
In this role, you'll report to the Chief Medical Officer, where you'll utilize your strategic acumen, judgment, and evidence-based analysis to shape decisions and meet our clients' needs. **Qualifications**
- Active LVN/LPN license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LVN.
- Willingness to travel to family homes for conducting physical exams.
**Responsibilities**
- Building and nurturing trusting relationships with family members, offering essential support and encouragement.
- Conducting physical exams in family homes under the supervision of remote clinicians.
- Providing ongoing follow-up, utilizing basic motivational interviewing techniques, and setting goals with family members, caregivers, and families.
