Insight Global is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Denver CO!
As an LPN you will:
Perform patient observation, data collection related to patient care, administers medication, treatment and procedures according to the physicians orders and resident care plan.
Communicates patient findings to the supervisor.
Accountability for facilitating, communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patients.
Oversee care provided by CNAs, Care Partners, QMAPs and/or other support staff, while also promoting the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Pay range is 20.66 - 34.00/hour.

Skills and Requirements
One year of previous LPN experience
HS Diploma or GED
Current state LPN license for applicable state of employment or current LPN license from a participating state in National Compact Licensure (Colorado only)
Basic Life Support Certification null
