Job Description
The LPN/MA supports a primary care clinic by triaging and rooming patients, taking vital signs, performing phlebotomy, and following up with patients for procedure/test scheduling or referrals if needed. Responsibilities include assessing the patient's general condition, recording vital signs and weight, ensuring timely communication of test results, documenting interventions and patient responses, triaging patient phone calls, maintaining adequate stock of supplies, and ensuring the accuracy of patient medical records. Confidentiality regarding the practice, its patients, and employees is essential. The role requires proficiency with various office and medical equipment.
