**Job Summary**
The LTC - Clinical Coordinator is accountable for performing professional nursing functions, utilizing the nursing process to provide total nursing care to residents.
Has a knowledge of and ability to utilize appropriate resident care protocol relating to the physical and psychological needs of geriatric residents.
Coordinates care in an interdisciplinary manner and is responsible for the outcome of nursing care delivered.
Demonstrates leadership and coaches other staff members.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the resident/customer's status.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.
Promotes and nurtures Nano Nagle Village's philosophy of resident centered care.
Support the Presentation and Benedictine Sisters' philosophy, mission, objectives, and values of stewardship, hospitality, and compassion as they relate to the health care ministry.
**Education and/or Experience**
Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
Associate's degree required.
8 annual CEU's.
3 - 5 years nursing experience in Assisted Living preferred.
**Licensure/Certification/Registration**
Must have current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
**Work Schedule**
Monday - Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Occasional call time (Will respond to after-hour calls from facility if unable to handle the situation. May require you to come in after hours or pick up some floor-scheduled shifts if needed)
**Pay**
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$25.25 - $36.50 per hour
