Your Role :
Patient-Centered Care: Implement and evaluate tailored care plans using the nursing process.
Adaptive Planning: Initiate care plans and adapt to changes, ensuring continuous patient support.
Holistic Approach: Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative care aligned with patient goals.
Responsive Action: Monitor patient conditions and coordinate with medical teams for optimal care.
Medication Management: Safely administer treatments and document patient responses.
Professional Development :
Engage in healthcare education and identify opportunities for patient and caregiver teaching.
Collaborate on care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning to enhance patient outcomes.
We Require :
Active LPN License in Florida.
Valid Health Certificate as per state or facility guidelines.
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray documentation.
BLS Certification.
At least one year of LPN experience is preferred.
