Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Assist in providing medical insight

Wo rk in an increasingly autonomous rol e

P articipate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of medical care

P rovide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring the medical systems

P articipate in team meetings and provid e medically related in-services to program staff.

Minimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e. g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.) Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. Please refer to applicable regulations/contracts for all position requirements.

All job title must meet the following minimum requirements:

NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

Preferred Qualification Requirements ( desired requirements beyond MQRs above)

Med/Surg experience

Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population

Compensation:

$50,000.00-55,000.00

Schedule:

M-F 10a-6p
