**What you can expect from this role**
A schedule of Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with rotating weekends
Freedom to work independently and schedule appointments around your patients' needs, with the understanding that patient care remains the top priority and communication with leadership is maintained
Deliver compassionate and personalized care to patients in their homes, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting their well-being.
**Qualifications**
Education
Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing program
Experience
2 years' experience
Certifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
